    • your Loved One’s information may include their birth and death information, places they lived, their family relationship with other people, people they knew, their life story, pictures, videos, music, memories, stories, guestbook entries

  • Visitors to may also provide information to your Your Loved One’s Memorial such as pictures, videos, stories, memories and guestbook entries

  • We automatically collect information about you through the use of the Loving Memorial service such as:
    • your activity on the Loving Memorial website and the Loving Memorial for your Loved One

  • It is your choice what what information you share about your Loved One and how it’s shared, and you should give this consideration
  • For your Loved One’s information that you have chosen to share, you can decide how it’s shared by assigning a Privacy Type to the whole Loving Memorial or part of the Loving Memorial
  • Public Privacy Type
    • You can choose to set your Loving Memorial or part of your Loving Memorial as Public
    • If you choose the Public privacy type for your Loving Memorial, this means that we will display your Loved One’s information on our website for anyone to see, even if they don’t have an account with us
    • A Loving Memorial that has been designated as Public can be seen, accessed, reshared or downloaded by anyone, and it may become available to search engines, social media, other websites, APIs and offline media
    • In addition to sharing a Loving Memorial that is Public on our website, we may refer to, and use the Loving Memorial in our marketing and promotion efforts including display and mention across social media, other websites and offline media. If a Public Loving Memorial is later designated as no longer being Public, meaning you choose to make it Unlisted or Private, you can request that we stop using it. After your request was received and acknowledged by us, we will stop using it in the future publicly. However, we will not be responsible for removing any past references for a Loving Memorial that was once designated as Public and which we have already referenced.

    • For a Loving Memorial, or part of a Loving Memorial, that has a Privacy Type of Unlisted, it can only be accessed by anyone that has a link to the Loving Memorial and that link will not be posted by us publicly
